However, their commitment to a vegetarian diet limited their options when exploring global breads and pastries without compromising their principles. Hence, Sodhilicious was born to address every vegetarian’s dilemma the challenge of choice!
The concept was simple: establish a bakery where breads are crafted right in front of the customers, ensuring the highest quality. Prioritizing health over shelf life, the bakery strictly avoided the use of preservatives. Pastries were meticulously made from scratch using the freshest ingredients. What started as a personal desire turned into a solution for a broader community’s problem.
